The Social Journey
Below are the word stories I wrote for the ‘edu-tainment’ start-up Mrs Wordsmith. Their ‘Social Journey’ is a subscription service that helps children to develop their vocabulary with Hollywood illustrations and fun-filled copy.
The Storyteller’s Dictionary
I played a big part in bringing Mrs Wordsmith’s first iteration of the Hollywood-illustrated storyteller’s dictionary to the market. From creating the category titles to the words that filled them, and of course, the best ‘word pairs’ to spark children’s imagination. Here’s a flavour of Word Sauce. (We even threw in a few ‘Easter eggs’ to the glossary, y’know just for laughs.)
